Three set class - May 3rd with Jeff

The three set class provides regular practitioners of Bikram's Yoga with an unique opportunity to take their practice to the next level. The class generally lasts between two and two and a half hours and involves, as the name implies, doing three sets of all the postures from the beginning series. Price is $25.00. Class starts at 2:00pm.
