To conquer the 60-day challenge you must complete 60 classes in 60 days. If you miss a day you can do a double on another day. However, you can only do that 5 times. 55 of the 60 days must be taken at the La Canada studio (just in case you need to go out of town).

To make the challenge available to everyone, we offer a special two month unlimited package for $250 (less than two 10-class cards). The special package will only be valid from January 28 through March 27, 2012 and is not extendable or transferable.

Those who participate in the 60-day challenge will be treated to a party on Saturday, March 31 from 6-8p. If you conquer the challenge, you will receive your very own hanger good for a year's worth of mat storage. Additionally, you will receive gold stars for each day that you complete.

ABOUT BIKRAM YOGA

Bikram yoga is a demanding series of 26 postures (asanas) that works the entire body for 90 minutes and is a form of hatha yoga designed by Bikram Choudhury. Every muscle, joint, ligament, tendon and organ in the body can receive benefit from this class.

The class is twenty-six asana series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. It is practiced in a heated room, usually up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The heated room allows your muscles to warm up quickly and improve circulation, help eliminate toxins, and significantly reduce the risk of injury during deep muscle stretching. The series is designed for all levels, first time students and experienced practitioners alike.

Bikram yoga is the perfect marriage of strength, flexibility, and balance. It trains the mind in five ways: to have faith in yourself, to learn self-control, to gain determination, to improve concentration, and to build patience.
